Maintenance Services

We offer 24hr maintenance services. We have spent years building relationships with our vendors to assure quality and professional work is being offer to you. We also have inhouse maintenance to bring you quality reasonable cost services which can save you hundreds of dollars a year

 

Financials Reporting

You will receive a detailed monthly report listing the rent(s) collected, maintenance performed listing work completed upon your approval if any and any other details pertaining to payments, fees, etc

 

Eviction Services 

If we place a tenant and need to file for eviction during first 12 months of tenancy, we will release the unit for free. We offer eviction services with lawyers we have established relationships with and warrant results
